We recently rescued a commercial community swing gate in Dallas, TX, that had severely sunk into the ground due to soil movement. Our structural team removed the gate and operator to engineer a permanent foundation. We excavated the area, installed three heavy-duty 4x4" steel support posts, and poured a reinforced concrete slab. For maximum stability, we custom-welded X-shaped bracing above the concrete to tie all the posts together, creating an immovable anchor point. We reinstalled the LiftMaster operator and iron gate, restoring total security and flawless operation to the community.
